The Houston Children's Outdoor Bill of Rights is a list of 12 outdoor experiences that every child in Houston should have access to. Houston is the fifth city in the U.S. to launch a Children's Bill of Rights (COBOR) and has officially celebrated the adoption of the COBOR on April 18, 2023, with a mayoral proclamation by Mayor Sylvester Turner.

55 mission-driven organizations throughout Greater Houston and beyond pledged their support for the Houston COBOR.

In partnership with the City of Houston, I developed an identity system, brand guidelines, and campaign collateral for their COBOR initiative.
