For one of my last design projects as the Graphic Design Intern at the Museum of Science, I had the opportunity to design the visual identity for Building Balance: A Mental Wellness Event. This two-day event featured presentations and activities from local scientists and community groups on the brain, neuroscience, and mental wellness best practices.
Under the direction of senior designers, I developed the icon and wordmark, social media assets, digital signage, event t-shirt, and program brochure.
The brain icon features a cairn of six balancing stones made to represent the six functional areas of the brain.
